KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients & 3rd party stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and ensuring their strategic goals are met.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, aligning creative and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creatives, strategists, and production specialists, to deliver high-quality output.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client engagements.
  • Manage budgets and financial forecasting, ensuring profitability and efficiency in all projects.
  • Ensure seamless project execution, maintaining high standards of quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide account managers and junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Director in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Automotive experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred.
  • Ideally residing near Utrecht.
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus
