KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients & 3rd party stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and ensuring their strategic goals are met.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, aligning creative and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creatives, strategists, and production specialists, to deliver high-quality output.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client engagements.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasting, ensuring profitability and efficiency in all projects.
- Ensure seamless project execution, maintaining high standards of quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide account managers and junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Wat wij vragen
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Director in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred.
- Ideally residing near Utrecht.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus
